Calming

I love this tea on a stressful day! Sometimes I just take a tumbler of it to work if I know I’ve got a lot to do and my stress is seeping in during breakfast. I have recommended this to so many of my fellow teachers to just keep focussed and calm.

Excellent- very relaxing

This is a fabulous tea. “Calming” is very accurate. I love drinking it in the evenings or treating myself to a cup midday if I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed. For such a restful tea it’s surprisingly complex! Light notes of citrus and floral balanced by foundations of earthy greens. Super versatile. Can’t recommend enough.
