Poor customer service and shipping experience

Last 2/3 orders have arrived with broken frames. The 2nd time I paid for the shipping insurance. But that doesn’t seem to matter since my emails never get answered. Buyers beware: if you order these, there’s a solid chance the frame will arrived broken. Love the style of this company, but will no longer support. I was okay with paying more for lesser quality (lens get scratched super easy and the frames fall apart after a bit of regular use) product because it’s a small Colorado business, but not after being ignored even when paying for the shipping insurance. Hoping a negative review gets noticed. At least lower the price because the buyer will have to buy wood glue to fix their new purchase
