Love it

I really love this top. I was surprised to find that the ruffles are not fully attached, but are a separate panel you need to tie. To me, the panel makes the fit of the top look a bit weird on my body, but I still love it. I sized up, and unfortunately it is too big, so I will need to have it altered.

Absolutely love the top but it arrived smelling like moth ball treatment (naphthalene) or something similar. Is there any way to get this smell out of the top?
