I am a 34" inch waste I followed website advice and bought large. I find them too small. How on earth do I need X large I am 34" waste. Plus and more importantly one of the colours has a stitched label. The label/stitching is rough and rubs on your back. The other colour is far better in this respect because it has printed label not stitched.
