11" Carbon Nonstick™ Square Griddle

Brilliant!

I recently got the square griddle to make egg base sandwiches somewhat like you would see on Asian YouTube videos. Of course it does that very very well but there are some other things that I am discovering. One thing I did not know is if you use a spatula quite a bit, having shorter sides is a big convenience. Right now I'm experimenting with other things to cook where there's a lot of spatula work. Of course this does not work where the ingredients are high in fat. For example if you cook a steak, precisely because the sides are short, the fats of the steak we'll go everywhere. But so far this pan is exceptional for toasting bread with butter, grilled cheese, Tony Bourdain's mortadella sandwich, and Korean street toast. One thing about the quality of the pan, the metal is of consistent density there are no hot spots. It is an exceptional pan, it is convenient and I enjoy using it

Wish I would have had this years ago

This thing is simply brilliant! I've used it for a variety of foods and every thing is just so easy with this pan. The sides aren't very deep, but they're deep enough...burgers for a family of four never had me worry about overflow. The non-stick aspect works better than I thought it would. After a batch of bacon, and residual came up easily after pouring off the grease and adding a just enough warm water to cover, a little Dawn and letting thing sit for a few minutes. Normal washing removed all the cruft and left the pan looking like new. Highly recommended, No negatives to report.

Outstanding purchase

I recently purchased the 11' Carbon griddle. While my usage has been fairly limited so far, it has performed beyond my expectations. Ease of use and cleanup are outstanding and all items cooked on the griddle have come out perfectly. The ability to use metal spatulas is most assuredly a plus. I highly recommend this pan.
