11" Carbon Nonstick™ Square Griddle

Outstanding purchase

I recently purchased the 11' Carbon griddle. While my usage has been fairly limited so far, it has performed beyond my expectations. Ease of use and cleanup are outstanding and all items cooked on the griddle have come out perfectly. The ability to use metal spatulas is most assuredly a plus. I highly recommend this pan.

Love it

I traded my old non-stick flat griddle for this one, and am thrilled. Solid construction, I feel confident using it as roughly as I could not with the non-stick one. Washes easily. As with all carbon steel, the seasoning has to build before its truly slick, but I'm confident it's coming along

To be able to have a carbon griddle for the grill that cleans ip easy is a dream of mine. Not going to stop using my cast iron but this is now the main pan.
