The product lid broke upon opening, after only three uses. All instructions were followed, hand wash only no dishwashing! This company has zero customer service. I have sent numerous emsils for two months. And no reply! Do not purchase from this company!

Lid broke after a month of purchase, was used maybe 4 times in this period.

The service was great and very informative. We didn’t think we’d find these special drink bottles, which sold out everywhere. 10/10
