My wife had asked for one of your bags having bought me one the Christmas before. I accidentally bought her the wrong one (my fault not yours!) and was really impressed by the speedy and helpful response when I emailed you to ask about returning it. When I ordered a replacement bag I included a gift note and my wife was not only delighted with the bag but loved the fact that you had hand-written the gift message.
