Pokemon Chaos Rising Booster Box

Didnt send what was ordered and customer service has been horrible

Horrible customer service, mulitple emails and phone calls going unanswered over a $300+ order that was lost by UPS by both myself and UPS, orders were cancelled that i didnt ask to be cancelled

I was sent the wrong item, got an ETB instead of booster box and have heard nothing from them yet. I have sent two emails to their support email about it.
