Leaf Engraved Wedding Band

Absolutely horrible experience. When I ordered it, it looked great. However within a month with no wear (literally just sitting in its box), it rusted. I tried to ask for a replacement, as I’m giving this to my soon to be husband on October 12— the company expected me to pay for my own return label :/ Then, they told me that the average production + shipping time was 12 business days. We’re at that now, and the item is still in production. So much for a rush replacement. Even if I get the replacement (which at this point I’m beginning to doubt), I will never order from this company again. I was really trying to hold off on leaving a bad review, but they can’t even keep their customer promise for a replacement order on a defective product they created. Actual waste of $150USD
