Poor instructions and breaks down - wont restart

Instructions are spread across multiple booklets. Finally managed to get it fuelled, oiled and battery powered up. Got it started and into reverse then stalled and rear brakes froze solid when I tried to go forward. Cannot get it restarted as no help from MowDirect so far (over 5 working days after request) in how to sort problem

The MTF66M ride-on mower on arrival was as expected, good description given.

The MTF66M arrived fully assembled on a well-packaged pallet. After oil and petrol were checked and the battery charged up I took it for the first cut. Steering was a lot more firm compared to the old machine but probable due to the width of the front tyres. The cut is good, very efficient even on slightly longer grass, the side discharge works well. The machine seems good after the first few days, just have the rest of the season to go through and try the mulch option.
