Pear Promise Ring

Such a beautiful ring but I am having trouble with the sizing, firstly I ordered my usual size but it was far too small, I took it to a jewellers to check the sizing and it was a full size smaller than it should have been. . So then returned and ordered the next size up which was too big as your sizes skip a UK ring size, I needed a K but you only do L. I have now returned again and am waiting for a different size for another finger and just hope this one fits as I am running out of options and it is now costing me to return for an exchange. It’s been nine days since it was delivered back to you so I’m hoping the replacement will be despatched soon.(they did say to allow 14 days) I can’t fault the customer service I have had on WhatsApp they have been very helpful. Fingers crossed for the next one because I really love it!

Lovely ring, this wasn't my first choice as I had to return another ring as it was too big. Glad I had the option to have this one instead as it is a nice ring and comfortable to wear.
