The Marksman - Leather EDC Utility Pouch

Thought this would be nicer than the usual molle plastic stuff I use and I wasn't wrong. It is very substantially constructed and unlikely to ever lose its shape in normal use. The stitching is immaculate and the fittings well placed and unobtrusive. In other words the usual attention to detail from SIlver Fox. The leather is hefty, which helps justify the not inconsiderable price and if you like the smell of leather, you will love this. It manages to fill the room, which I think is a very good thing. The inner loop is actually really useful and the combination of strap and belt attachment works really well without being too fidly or intrusive. The leather and the fittings should age well. It is a beautifully made and understated peice of leather artwork - just be aware that it's not going to hold a huge amount of stuff! The only downside is that I will never get to use mine. My wife saw it and immediately claimed marital dibs. I'll probably have to order another...

Purchased the Marksman, belt loop and strap. No regrets with purchase. Very happy with the Marksman, excellent design and implementation. Only change I would like to the marksman itself- an internal D ring on which to clip keys. Belt loop is great. Strap works fine for me (I'm 6 ft and slim}, worn crossbody the marksman rests just above the belt line about 3-4 inches above where it is with the belt loop, it is too long for my wife. You can get a couple of inches adjustment by playing with which of the press-studs are used at each of the strap. Maybe an adjustable length version for the future?

Love the Marksman. The leather belt clip even worked with my 5,3mm gun belt. A bit tight fitting but its working.
