I absolutely love my necklace! When I initially purchased it, the necklace wasn’t delivered to me although tracking stated it was delivered. I reached out to customer service and Leny was amazing! Because I had shipping protection he resent the necklace to production and had it delivered within 1 week. Because of him, I purchased more jewelry recently.
