Flavourtown is Awesome!

Very simply, Flavourtown Bakery is awesome... I purchased a huge Red Velvet Cake for a 50th birthday party and was told by almost every one of the 50 guests that it was the best Red Velvet they'd tasted - some going as far as to say it was the best cake they'd ever had period. The presentation was incredible too. But the thing that impressed me most was the customer service. I receieved a very apologetic phone call on the day of delivery to regrettably tell me it might be 15 mins late (I almost chuckled). In a world where suppliers thinking nothing of not contacting you at all when something doesn't show up at all on the agreed delivery date, this tells you how seriously Flavourtown are committed to first class service. And.... it actually turned up 15 mins early. I cannot recommend Flavourtown enough. Delicious cakes, impeccable service and stunning presentation. Thanks for making my partners birthday special.

Delicious cake; I want more!

The red velvet cake arrived well on time. The packaging was a little flimsy but the cake was fine and looked gorgeous. The taste was perfect with it being the correct level of sweetness and texture. Other bakers' red velvet cakes are far too sweet. All the family were pleased and the whole cake disappeared leaving us all wanting more! We cant wait for the next family birthday to have an excuse to order again....
