It’s really great to use, you definitely feel the extra retrace. It’s seems to be very good quality. My one suggestion would be to add some documentation to the box around how to set it up, what the resistance difference is between black and red band and some good beginner drills. Other than that I think the product is perfect.

Very Very Impressed with this product, your shoulder really feel the resistance in a good shadow boxing set. it comes w a proper workout plan as well., everyone in the gym is always staring and asking to try it~!

I’m a smaller frame, so kind of challenging to keep it from riding up slightly, but overall I you get a lot For The Money. 2 different strength bands And extras of both. I think it would be sweet to have a little connection point at the central chest area to help. Keep the shoulder straps from sliding down off of your shoulders when the waist band inevitably slides up a little bit. I might fashion my own little clip there but again it’s a great product. Five stars for sure.
