I ordered the wrong size online. When I realised, I emailed Gerard customer service immediately. I didn't expect them to see it.
Within a matter of hours I got a lovely email reply saying there was no problem changing to the correct size. My trousers, arrived a couple of days later.
The trousers are fab and I am extremely impressed with the great customer service. 🙂

Why didn’t I discover GERARD a long time ago. Trousers are so comfortable, look well and coordinate will lots of GERARD ITEMS… at a reasonable price!! @ 71…. It’s my go to brand from now on ..

Absolutely love these trousers , and I won’t have to have them shortened !!!!
The minute after I tried them on I immediately ordered two more pairs .!!
