Great buy and customer service!

The machine is fantastic, sturdy as can be, highly adjustable, and looks great in the white colorway. The pads are super beefy and look and feel like they're made to last. That said, the roller pads are fairly stiff, which doesnt bother me but my wife complains they're too hard. Shipping was fast and the box arrived in great shape. I emailed Joe to inquire of shipping time and he got back to me right away with shipping details. Great service, especially in light of the majority of other retailers super slow responses and low stock during the pandemic. I will be supporting Joe and strength warehouse moving forward!
