The sound is cut back a little for a softer tone in your neighborhood, but when you get out and on the throttle, it is loud enough to be heard, and I have not seen a power reduction.

Super expensive because I had to buy 2. Just under the free shipping limit. They didn’t even come with a couple of stickers to put on my tool box.

Nice product and easy to install

I live in Arizona and am always concerned with wildfire danger. I bought this spark arrester to ensure that I don’t unintentionally cause a fire while riding on the roads or dirt roads in my area. This part slid right into the RS-9, and also works as a sound reducer. On the 2023 Honda Grom, it makes a nice sound without being too loud and creates some needed back pressure on my modified engine. I highly recommend adding this to you bike to ensure you are legal wherever you ride.
