The size of the instruments were great for a one year old to hold. The only suggestion I would make would be that the xylophone stick went straight in the mouth and worried me a little. Maybe a wider shape may be safer

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he loved it! Easy for him to hold and all the instruments were do adorable! This was a great purchase

Wonderful experience with this company. The wooden instrument set is well made fits a toddlers hand perfect and is made to last. When your toddler outgrown it pass it on. I would buy it again.
