Truffle Butter Mashed Potatoes - life changing!
We had a good visit at your Bryant Park pop up shop! It was so much fun chatting with the gentleman about all things truffle and all things Michigan! We received our truffle butter, salt and hot sauce in the mail last week! I was so excited I made truffle green beans right away! Outstanding flavor! The shop keeper suggested making truffle butter mashed potatoes, so I saved that trick for Thanksgiving. AMAZING! These were the best mashed potatoes I have ever made! Life changing! I will forever be a mashed potato snob after eating these!
