Crates should feel like a safe, cozy den—not a place that puts stress on your dog’s joints. Beautiful product…now if I can just get my dog to lie on it
Purchasing was easy, and the product is very well made. I’m hoping our dog will take a liking to the bed. So far she’s only gotten on it when we’ve coaxed her with treats. I’m not sure why she’s not a fan, it’s definitely higher than any other beds she’s ever had, maybe that makes a difference? Anyway, we’re moving it from place to place in the house and fingers crossed she’ll decide to use it soon.

Not so great
My dog didn’t like the bed— I had thought at first it was because it was too tall in his crate and he has to crouch in there, but he won’t go on it anywhere else in the house either. Then when I wanted to return it, there’s a complicated system which involves me waiting 30 days to donate the bed if it’s unpacked— and frankly, how can I know it won’t work if I don’t unpack it????—, and then I assume mailing or faxing you back some paperwork? Thumbs down on this. I only gave you two stars, actually, because one of our other dogs loves her Barker bed. If this was my only experience, one star!
