FetchFlow™ Ball Launcher

The ball “launcher” I received apparently does not work properly. It doen’t “launch” the ball farther than three feet from the unit. The “tennis balls” their marketing & ads say accompany the unit are simply small balls of styrofoam — not tennis balls — that could easily cause chocking or ingestion problems to my — or anybody else’s — dog. We are in the process of requesting a refund.
