From calling and placing the order and having the order shipped everything went smoothly. Packages arrived safely and securely. Our contractor, unpacked them and had this product installed within half of a day. He had 1, some times 2 guys working on it to completion. Panels as a backsplash came out beautifully, would use again.Have other projects planned with other styles of these panels Thank you!

It arrived as advertised. The panels were just like the photos online, but with enough different patterns to look authentic. The J rails were bent in transit, due to poor packaging. But they straightened out good enough to use. Overall, I would buy from them again
