Customer service is horrible. Avoid at all cost. Sizing was way off of what they post on their website. If you need to return it takes customer service over 12 days to respond and they say you have a return window of 14 days. They then make it overly difficult to return to the point its not even worth it. Just wasted $45 on a pair of shoes that i cant even yse for my kid

Runs small and unabke to excahnge. Has been difficult to contact anyone regaridng the exchange.
