80% OF CONTENTS MELTED OR DAMAGED BEFORE ARRIVAL I live in Boston, Massachusetts in the USA - an area of the world, it is no secret, is rather warm at this time of year. Disappointingly, this doesn’t appear to have crossed anyone’s mind when the items were loosely placed into a cardboard box marked ‘FRAGILE’ and with the only insulation from whatever environment it was to pass through on its way to me being colorful packing tissue paper, the delicious bars of chocolate i had been anticipating were in fact pouches of thick liquid. despite having been sent by Royal Mail ‘International Tracking’ - it was certainly not prepared or posted with consideration for how the international part of that meant that it would be much much warmer at its destination. So whilst I applaud you for getting it over here amazingly fast (4/5 days), i would have preferred to have waited a bit longer so that i might have been able to enjoy the contents of what was ordered. Disappointed.

I loved everything in the box my husband nd I shared it. Super wonderful just like being in the UK

Received but half the box was expired

Received the package a week after it said it was delivered. Half the items had expired. Disappointed.
