Studio D'Artisan "Kasezome" Indigo Sashiko Selvedge Pants (Relax Tapered)

I recently purchased the Studio D’Artisan “Kasezome” Indigo Sashiko Selvedge Pants from Okayama Store, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. The sashiko stitching adds a beautiful depth and texture to the fabric, making these jeans stand out from typical selvedge denim. The indigo dyeing process is impressive—deep, rich color that will fade beautifully over time. The fit is comfortable yet structured, striking a great balance between durability and wearability. The sashiko fabric is slightly stiff at first but softens nicely with wear. Okayama Store’s service was excellent as well—fast shipping, secure packaging, and a seamless online purchasing experience. Highly recommended for denim enthusiasts looking for something unique and traditionally crafted!

Difficult to get sizing correct, would be better if they put a chart with Western sizing along with it being in Centimeters. The quality is amazing, and they are made brilliantly, though too skinny for many Westerners.

Wow is the best way to the service from Okayama Denim. I ordered the jeans on Friday evening and they arrived with me in the UK on Tuesday morning, amazing service and the jeans themselves are beautiful as you can see. They also managed to hem them for me prior to despatch. Given my developing obsession with Japanese denim I expect this to be the start of a beautiful relationship!
