The material is as promised - it is not see through and I love the ribbed texture. The white is a beautiful bright white and I've now put it through the wash 4-5 times and it's still bright, no shrinking occurred. I'm 5'10 and I can attest that this is tall-girl friendly. 10 out of 10, I'm glad I also got another color!
