Inconsistent size and fit

I noticed a difference in the panty size. I am over 30 pounds smaller than when I previously ordered from you in size 3x. These panties were difficult to pull up and fit tightly when they should have fit properly and comfortably. Actually, I expected them to be looser. This order was a disappointment.
