I think that the charm and chain are both very good but my name was spelled incorrectly. They use a pronunciation tool instead of a spelling tool. This chain says Tuan which is the pronunciation of my name but not the spelling. Just make sure you respond to the email they send you before they manufacture your name to sort out any issues. I love it!! Totally worth the weight.. The chain is very durable. I love the length, and the charm is smaller than I thought, which is actually perfect. Lighter than I expected, doesn't catch in my hair, or pull it out. Perfect piece if I want to keep it in my shirt, the chain stands out on its own, or pull it out and hangs right in-between my breasts.. Really love the chain it came with!!
