Additional Luxury Gift Box

Item arrived damaged. Replacement item was supose to arrive within 48 hours, took 3 working days. Not in time for the occasion it was bring gifted for. When I requested a partial refund, was told it will be £5 credited to my account, with an expiry date of 12 months. Not much use to me, as I probably will not be purchasing from there in the next few months. The packing of the items, especially gift boxes needs to be improved. To avoid damage during transit.
