Interesting that I'm being asked to review a product I haven't received yet.... the tracking advice says it was picked up by the courier in Sydney on the 17/10/23... hasn't moved from there as at... 1/11/23. Update... Still never received the original band, was offered a full refund and could keep the original band if it arrived (which it didn't).. gave them a second chance and ordered the same band again which arrived in reasonable time, not a huge fan of Aramex vs AustPost service though. Appreciate the effort of Malcolm to respond in as much detail as to what was going on and the follow up on the refund.
