Sleeping better

I have had these for 2 - 3 weeks and I'm sleeping better. I fall asleep quicker if I wear them for a couple of hours before bed, especially noticeable if I have to do computer work in the evening.

These glasses seem better made than the clip-on version I also got. However, these are quite a dark tint, and next time I would get the orange coloured tint, that I also ordered in the flimsy, clip-on model.

These fit over my glasses easily and comfortably — and without touching or scratching the lenses. Nice and wide. I think the nature of the fitover style means that a little bit of blue light can get in around the edges, but it’s still worth it to be able to block blue light with my prescription glasses on so I can still see!
