Rest Roll-On

Mike recommended this roller to me when I came into the shop seeking help with insomnia. I've followed his suggestion of applying a small amount to my sternum right before bed and it works like a charm. The aroma calms my mind and helps me drift off much more quickly.

Does have a soothing effect!

I bought this to put on our pillows at night before bed and my daughter is nothing short of obsessed. She asks for it before she will let me leave her room, she’s 3. It has quickly become a part of our nighttime routine and is my favorite was to settle into bed.
