Bad costumer service

⭐ 1 STAR I never got to use this product - it was ordered by mistake and I submitted a cancellation request before it shipped, which was completely ignored. The package was shipped anyway. The customer service experience was painful: ignored emails, repeated follow-ups required for every single step. The item was returned unopened and delivered back to them on June 2, and I am still waiting for the refund that was promised within 7 business days. Would not recommend.

We ordered this for a family member and they absolutely love it! It's the second family member to purchase a Mambobaby. Safe, secure, and a must have for any baby!
