Cool stuff, but item missing
Hi. My daughter loved the quality of the items she ordered, and they were packed very well. They arrived a bit later than we expected - it took around 20 days, and one item was missing (Grass Tufts). I contacted Ant Keepers a couple of times about the missing item, requesting a refund, and I am still waiting for a reply (it's been a few days so far). Hopefully the issue will get resolved, because we were satisfied with everything else that we ordered. Good quality products, well made.
