Cotton Rib Shirt

Hello. I am long time customer and I love Kettlewell; however, I cannot get any email or phone call replies. I have not been able to do any returns because the portal isn't allowing anything from USA to be returned. There is NO OPTION to return on the portal for the USA. I have tried to call numerous times and email and I get zero replies. There is also nothing in the order to do a return. It simply says to go to the online portal. I love the shirt and I am giving it a 5 but I put a 1 star to see if someone would please let me know how to go about doing future exchanges. I have had to keep multiple sizes because there is no option to do any returns. PLEASE REPLY SO I CAN DO FUTURE ORDERS. THANK YOU!!

Nice shirt that washed well. No ironing required although I let it air dry on a hangar. I am absolutely in love with the new color persimmon, purchased the pants in that color as well. Size 4 shirt fit my 112 lb. 70 year old body well. That persimmon color just pops and makes me look alive!

I love the cotton rib shirts. They have all the comfort of a tee but all style of a blouse. I also find that the shirts do not gap despite having a large bust. They are slimming on the torso too. I have purchased quite a few if them and the are a favorite Kettlewell item for me!
