Beautiful Necklace.... but

It came all tangled! The fine chain is knicker up in several places. This is my first necklace purchase and maybe my last. Throwing it in a bag and them in a box to mail it, doesn’t seem to work. Have ordered several rings and earrings in the past....NEVER had one problem’nnn
