Great upgrade but need better customer service

I bought these about 2 years ago. One started to go on and off so I replaced the two year old ones with this new set. I was disappointed that I had trouble and that the warranty had expired. I also received no response to my inquiries through the website. Overall, these lights with the right adapters really upgrade the OEM lights on my 2006 Mercedes ESLK 350. 5 stars for the lights, less than 3 stars for customer support.

Mazda 3s 2009

Note that while these bulbs are the correct size, as the item description states a small spacer adapter is required for some cars (like mine). Lasfit does sell a kit that includes the spacer. The customer support & service here is absolutely top-notch -- I was satisfied with the bulbs but because of my own too-quick reading on my little screen, I missed the part about the adapter so I'd left a review of three stars - customer service reached out and made sure that everything was ok and for a different bulb spot (this review is for the low beams - I bought bulbs for low, high, and driving lights, and had an issue getting the high beams aligned) they proactively offered to send me a different bulb that can be rotated into place -- my only question is how can they make money by literally giving me a bulb? Overall, superb. This is the second car I've outfitted with their bulbs - first was a 2018 Toyota Highlander and the difference is literally night & day, going from never-were-very-good halogens (istg halogens behind a lens setup a weak, that lens must absorb a lot of light) to being able to see well on low and practically daylight on the 130W high beams (do NOT flash oncoming traffic with those!). The swap for the Mazda 3s' lights was a bit tougher because M left very little room to maneuver, but it's very much worth the effort, even with tired housings my lights are much better now.
