Pasteurised and somewhat bland
Pasteurised so doesn’t have the benefit of a ferment. The flavour is very bland. I like to try and support small producers diversifying, but sadly I shall not be buying this again.

Note: this is pastuerised!
Unfortunately, it is really disappointing to see this product is pasteurised, losing the benefits of natural fermentation. I would not buy again.
