The Field Jacket - Workwear Hooded Jacket

fantastic pattern with a very nice video explaining the construction, this is only the 2nd pattern I have made so I thought I would make it easy on myself making a hooded lined jacket!!! following the video made understanding what to do and the processes much less daunting meaning I got to the end with a warable garment and will be making it again.

Really nice jacket pattern. Works well with the mentioned fabrics. I used 245gsm Canvas + 75gsm wool lining which was flat lined to a 150gsm flannel. My Brother A50 struggled A LOT with the heavy canvas, so I cannot recommend going even heavier on the canvas without a powerful machine but overall it worked out great. I added a center back movement pleat to the lining and did the welt pocket on the inside rather than the outside

Excellent pattern easy printing and putting together. The video is well made and easy to follow. The cost wasn’t a rip off either. Please keep it going and I hopefully will continue improving.
