Cabbage over cauliflower!

We love The Ferm original Kimchi, it's easily the most delicious live kimchi we have come across (and we have tried many!). We thought we'd mix it up a bit and try the other types - but for us the original wins every contest hands down. Both the cauliflower versions for us felt too salty with not enough depth of flavour, lacking that zing. The broccoli stalks, while an attractive idea, are inoffensive but again would benefit from a more complex flavour profile. LOVE the original kimchi though, which gets 5 stars!! Please start offering a multipack at an attractive price!
