Yoga in the Lavender Fields

Today was my first ever outdoor Yoga class and it was fun, a good workout, and it felt great to be outside in the lavender fields on a beautiful summer morning. Our instructor was terrific.

Ideal yoga

Challenging, but not advanced yoga amid soothing, lavender-scented breezes and blue skies. What could be better?

Love it! Absolutely love the yoga at Lavender Farms. Amy the instructor is fantastic. And to surrounded by the flowers.
