Replacement Cushion (Black Ballistic Nylon)

Hi Team! Fantastic products… I ordered 2 seats and 2 replacement cushions. The latter are perfect. However the cushions sent with the seats are terribly deformed since they were scrunched up in the folded packaged seat. Do you have a recommendation on how to get these back to standard shape? Many thanks!!!

While the cushion is great I am disappointed that it’s not houndstooth like the original.
