strange fit and no communication from support when I wanted to exchange

I received a medium size jumper. Don't know if it is just too big but the space in shoulders area was just too big, so the jumper feels rather bulky. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size, send a couple of emails to the support but received no response. Gave up in the end. Drawing on the bear and stars is fun and the jumper is wearable, hence 3 stars.
