Magic The Gathering: Reality Fracture

Order had the label created the day of the purchase, but remained in that status for about 9 days. When I inquired about the order, replies were short and interpreted as curt. After 2 days had passed from first initial contact about the order, I inquired about a refund, vendor became defensive, explained that they have thousands of reviews that imply they are ethical business owners (when no claim against them was made), sent pictures of their bins with orders in them, and shift blame to carrier. I informed them I was seeking reassurance that the order was taken care of and received defensive backlash. Shortly after this contact, the order’s status changed and was shipped and en route. This may have been a coincidence or a result of the conversation. Product arrived without damage and was expertly packed. Their online customer service could use work, this is a mom and pop shop from what I’ve gathered so it explains the degree of professionalism they operate at. About 21 day turnaround
