Attracting Your Soul Mate Meditation by Teal Swan

This meditation might be a little difficult for someone whose imagination hasn't been „activated“ yet, however, the beliefs created by it really help to work on any resistance, especially when it comes to doubt.

This is an interesting one

After doing it the first time, I was very drawn to do more shadow work in my life. After doing it the second time, shortly after, I went through some hardships in my life and eventually I attracted somebody from my past that I had unresolved issues with. I eventually managed to resolve all problems in a very gentle and loving manner. I feel like this meditation urges me to be a match to my soul mate, which means firstly getting me into a state of more self love and acceptance while also clearing the path from residue energy from the past. I haven't attracted my soul mate yet, but I feel like this meditation puts me into the right path to experience more unity and alignment in my life. It is indeed not the easiest road, but I absolutely want to dedicate myself to it. I really recommend this meditation, I wish everybody best of luck and love and I hope that you will find the love you deserve! <3

not the easiest

There's a lot of imaginative work in this meditation so its not the easiest. However, its very calming and reassuring. Love you Teal!
