beautiful book but not a practical handbook

I was rather disappointed by the Irish Apothecary book. I expected a great manual to help me use essential oils - better than the ones I have at the moment, but instead, I got a magnificently illustrated book, but no practical info to use for every day ailments.

A simple guide to Natural Medicine
