Good product

I love the design , the reason why I have given a four stars is because the plastic covering has started to peel off . Customer services have been excellent with dealing with this problem. I haven’t been put off from buying from Orla Kiely again .

Terrible quality. Both the coasters and placemats got stained immediately . There was a glass of cold water and it sweated a little and then left water marks on the coaster. I have other ones that don’t do this but I was so disappointed as the cost so much and don’t have a thick enough protection to stop them from getting stained. Not fit for their purpose.
