Having recently returned to Headstrong (tried others, weren't up to spec), I upped my order to the Hormonal Imbalance Bundle, to include Cordyceps with my Lion's Mane. Lion's Mane continues to provide consistent clarity, and the Cordyceps was to assist with running a 10k, at short notice, and with minimal training. I can neither confirm nor deny that the mushrooms got me over the finish line, but I definitely performed a lot better than I had originally planned. They are now a constant addition to my diet and helping me to improve my training performance all round.
