My phone cased was damaged during shipping and I've reached out asking for a replacement. At first I got a response stating that a new case would shipped the next day and that was on July 5th. Then no email and no response for over a week. I decided to email them again on July 11th.. ZERO response. It's now July 22nd still no response. Horrible customer service. Will definitely not buying again.
